A: We stock synthetic grass from 25mm up to 40mm pile height, selected as a premium event hire product. This is a premium product designed for high foot traffic and visual impact — not the thin putting-green turf which is available in the market. Our volume stock is in 25mm, but larger pile heights can be arranged with sufficient lead time.
Q: Do you install and dismantle, or is it DIY?
A: Both options are available. Our primary service is full delivery, installation and post-event dismantling. This is especially relevant for large square meterage, due to the roll sizes, weights and also transportation. We use various adhesive tapes at the joins and around the full perimeter. Tapes are selected depending on the base surface. DIY collection from our Pakenham warehouse is available for clients who prefer to self-install smaller quantities for residential / small event’s. Due to the nature of the rolls you will require a ute, a vehicle with roof racks, trailer or truck to transport the goods.
Q: How much notice do you need?
A: We will work with you to the best of our ability. We understand short lead times are often the norm. Contact us as early as possible, but don’t hesitate to enquire even if your event is imminent — we’ll let you know what’s possible.

A: We primarily use 4-metre wide rolls, typically in 20-metre lengths, allowing us to efficiently cover large areas with minimal joins. For non rectangular shapes, cutting is required (at a cost).
